Educational Philosophy

Education is a lifelong process for students and teachers alike, as the roles learn from each other.  Effective teachers are self reflective and are flexible in recognizing the need for change in the delivery of lessons.  Children learn in welcoming, positive environments rich in engaging and meaningful experiences.  Consistent routines and procedures provide children with clear expectations, thus allowing them to focus on learning.  I believe that all children can learn if they are given the opportunity to succeed.
